Your wedding coordinator will work with you to assess the best options for you based on the size of your wedding and the type of experience you are looking for. We want to provide the customized wedding you are looking for.
Your wedding coordinator will consult with you regarding our room charges. Cragun’s does have food & beverage minimums that can be discussed with your wedding coordinator.
Lodging reservations will be made through our vacation sales department. There is a 2-night minimum on peak season weekends and holidays. All overnight rooms require a one-night lodging advance deposit.
Cragun’s requires a 10-day notice on the guaranteed number of people expected for the event.
If it becomes necessary to change the date of your event, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to hold the new date. In the event of cancellation, all advance payments are non-refundable. If the function is cancelled less than 2 months prior to the event, you will be billed for the total amount of expected revenue.
Cragun’s does not allow confetti, glitter, smoke machines, or bubble machines in any function space at the Resort or Legacy Clubhouse. Due to the fire code, Cragun’s does not allow the use of any “open flamed” candles. All decorating not provided by Cragun’s must be approved prior to the event.
Your wedding coordinator will work with you during your planning period and provide a wedding venue manager expectations. Cragun’s staff are not day of coordinators and are available to make sure the venue is set and catering is fulfilled.
Yes, we offer spectacular locations for the ceremony, reception, and all your celebrations. We also host rehearsal dinners, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and bridal luncheons. Ask our Cragun’s Resort wedding specialist to help you plan the festivities.
