Travel Insights
We recommend that guests bring the following items for a comfortable stay in our cabins: Beach towels and sunscreen, blender and/or mixer, favorite frying pan, crockpot, water pitcher, aluminum foil, baggies, saran wrap, plastic containers, paper towels, coffee filters, groceries, and basic condiments and spices, charcoal and lighter fluid, portable beach chairs, strollers, beach toys and fishing equipment.
Cragun’s has a reduced rate on the Legacy Championship Courses, 9-hole par 3 courses, and Foot golf courses for guests staying at the resort, or add a Recreation Pass to your stay to include Unlimited rounds of the 9 hole Par 3 Course and FootGolf courses.
A one-time, non-refundable $75 fee per dog applies for lodge rooms. A one-time, non-refundable $200 fee per dog applies for cabins. Cragun’s Resort welcomes registered dogs in designated pet-friendly rooms and cabins (North) and outdoor areas. Dogs may access their guest room/cabin indoors but are not permitted in dining areas, Gull Lake Cruise, outdoor pool area, or South Beach (except on the walking path). Dogs must remain leashed at all times when outside.
Pet relief areas and waste stations are available near the North cabins and North Beach. A maximum of two dogs per unit is allowed, with breed and size restrictions (75 pounds, please contact the resort for details).
Guests traveling with dogs must review and sign our Dog Guest Agreement prior to or at check-in.
Therapy animals and emotional support animals are not considered service animals under ADA guidelines and are subject to the resort’s pet policy and fees. Service animals are welcome and are not excluded from public areas where guests are normally allowed.
Our goal for every guest is to have their room or cabin ready by the time you arrive. We have increased our cleaning procedures and must allow adequate time to sanitize and clean each unit. Late check-outs may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
A set of dishes, cups and glasses, silverware, basic pots and pans, cooking and serving utensils, coffee maker, microwave and toaster, cable television, Wi-Fi, dish soap, dish cloth, dish towels and scouring pad, bath towels, soap and shampoo, toilet paper, Kleenex and all bedding (Paper towels not included). Life jackets are included with any marina rental. Chairs and picnic tables are located along the beach area throughout the resort. Park-style charcoal grills are available throughout our Gull Lake resort.

We always recommend making early reservations, especially during peak seasons or around the holidays. This helps ensure you are able to book the type of lodging and location desired.
A 3% processing fee will be applied to all payments made by credit cards. Guests who reserve their stay by phone will not be charged the 3% credit card processing fee at the time of booking. However, if a credit card is used at checkout, the 3% processing fee will apply. To avoid this fee, guests may choose to pay by debit card, check, or cash which are not subject to the 3% processing fee.
